A weekend with Barry Klein - 2020 style

Barry KleinWe're so excited to announce the (virtual) return of Barry Klein on November 21, 22, and 23, 2020!

It's always a great time when Barry, founder and creative director of Trendsetter Yarn Group, distributors of Trendsetter, GGH, Cardiff Cashmere, and Lana Grossa yarns, comes to visit. Barry has grown up in the business, having learned to knit in the back of his mothers shop in LA!

In the past not only has Barry come to see us in Cambria, but we've also taken the train to LA where he opened his warehouse to us. This year, we'll be taking that train trip virtually, where we'll have a trunk show of some of his most recent designs, 3 different classes, and a fantastic and exciting announcement on Sunday Morning!

The Train Schedule:
First Stop: Saturday Morning at 10AM to Noon - the Patchwork Scarf Class Patchwork Scarf- We kick off with a fun class at 10AM featuring a new, multi yarn, patchwork scarf/wrap he's designed. Available in 6 different colorways, you'll love this fun, fast project.

Fourth Stop - Sunday Afternoon from 2PM to 4PM - Two sweater designs, One class
Two Tiger Sweater Patterns
This class features one of the latest yarns from Trendsetter - Tiger. Tiger is an Alpaca/Wool/Polamide blend that's so soft and comes in a variety of colors that all feature a black stripe throughout the piece for a dramatic, modern color effect.
You'll choose either a boxy pullover that also features Icon, another soft yarn with just a hint of sparkle, or an oversized cardigan. Neither of the pieces are form fitting so you won't be stressing about perfect gauge the whole time. Both pieces also use similar techniques so you can choose your favorite to take the class.
